Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
If you want to exchange for a different size, we can replace the exact item and style you ordered, and you are responsible to return the original item within 10 days.
If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order. Customers requesting a return will be required to pay return freight.
Customers requesting product exchanges will be required to pay for both the return freight and the freight for the exchange shipment.
Replacements
If you received a defective item and need to replace it with the same item please contact us to request a replacement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size please contact us.
When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be applied to your exchange order. We'll mail your exchange item with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. You'll just need to send your original item back within 10 days.
If you want to exchange an item for a completely different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
